Come, pull up a chair. Let’s have a conversation about faith. It will be casual, like sitting on your front porch with a friendly neighbor, talking over a glass of iced tea. Through this worship series, we’ll introduce simple conversation starters to help us understand our uniquely Methodist faith.
Why does the witness of a Methodist Christian matter? How is it relevant in the world today? What is distinctive about being Methodist in the religious diversity of our community? The original founders of the Methodist movement, John and Charles Wesley, wanted to have a conversation—a conversation about renewal in the life of the church and community. They took core beliefs and talked about them again.
We hope this series will deepen our commitment to why the world needs a Methodist witness and how we can talk about it with our neighbors.
