Priority registration for children currently enrolled and for church members will begin on February 15, 2010. Public registration begins on February 22, 2010.

A waiting list is kept on file for one calendar year.

Registration is held in February for both the summer program and for the upcoming school year. We recommend a tour of our school to visit classes and to gather information so that you can determine whether our program will best suit your child’s needs. Children are enrolled in order of registration, subject to age-group limits.

Children enrolling in the Toddler Class must be walking. Children must be toilet-trained before starting the three-year-old class.

Children are enrolled regardless of race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin. We celebrate the diversity of our students and their families.

Teachers
Our staff consists of women who love and care about children. All teachers have experience in early childhood education. Your child will be cared for in a Christian atmosphere where important social skills such as sharing, making new friends and learning to trust other adults (besides family) are developed. We also realize the importance of the development of a child’s self-esteem and we strive to make each child feel safe and positive about him/herself. We maintain low teacher/child ratios. Each class has two teachers.

Our facilities

Playgrounds
Outdoor play on two beautiful playgrounds is part of each child’s day. One playground is designed for toddlers and two-year-olds and the other playground offers more advanced slides, a garden box and climbing structures for older children.

Humphrey Hall Children enjoy playing in our indoor gym on inclement weather days. It is equipped with children’s indoor play equipment.

Special Programs

Music
Music is offered each day to all children. The class is led by two music teachers who engage the children in singing, dancing, movement or playing musical instruments.

Extended Care
Before and after school care is available for children enrolled in Mother’s Day Out who are 2 years of age and older. Extended Care is available September-May only. There is no Extended Care during our summer program.
